Note: We will be following the same fueling procedure as we did at the Thanksgiving Regatta. No fuel may be stored on the ground. All fuel must be stored in your trailer and/or back of your truck. There is absolutely no fueling of boats in your pit stalls on the beach, fueling must be done in the designated fueling areas.

RV Camping: Blue Water RV Park (928) 669-2433 – Full hook-ups

RV Camping in the Pits: $40/night. No hook-ups. All Motorhomes/RV’s/Toy Haulers must register and pay in the Blue Water Gift Shop upon arrival. Absolutely NO motorhomes on waterside of pits. All vehicles/motorhomes must park perpendicular to the river, no parking lengthwise, in the parking lot adjacent to the amphitheater behind the 1st row off the fire lane. 1st row off the fire lane is for pit parking only.

2025 Bayfair Letter to Race Teams

RV spot information: RV spots will be available at a special racer rate for a limited time. All spots are 1st come, 1st served and there is a limited amount available at Ski Beach (where we pit). RV spots do not include any additional event wristbands or parking passes and are only available through the Bayfair race office. Please contact the Race Office for all RV reservations, using code RPM25, and you will need to read and sigh the RV Rules & Guidelines when submitting your RV request. Please contact Robin at (858) 578-0884 or bayfair@daviesec.com to reserve a spot. The deadline for reservations is Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Rates (weekend rates Thursday to Sunday)

  • Ski Beach (EVI) pit side – $500
  • Fiesta Island – $300
  • Crown Point – $400

Hotel information: There is a block of rooms at the Wyndham SeaWorld, located about 5 minutes from the race site. The rooms are between $132.10 and $146.78 (depending on the duration of your stay) per night for a standard room. There is a discounted rate of $10 per night for parking. Individual reservations can be made by calling (866) 269-8927 (24 hours a day). For individuals to receive the established group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Group: San Diego Bayfair when initially making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the Group’s cut-off date of August 11, 2025 and guaranteed with a one night deposit in the form of check, money order or credit card. After receipt of a guaranteed reservation, upon request the Hotel will forward guest room confirmations to each individual. Please note: The Hotel maintains a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy for individual guest room reservations.
