RV Spots Now Available to Reserve for the 2025 Lake Ming Shoot-Out

RV camping spots are available for the Lake Ming Shoot-Out. Spots will be on the East side of the lake. This is dry camping, with no hook-ups.

Rate: $50 per night

Spectator Admission:

  • $10 per person/day
  • Kids 12 and under are free
  • Pit Pass $5 per person/day

RV Move-in: Friday Oct. 3rd

RV Move-out: All RV's must be out by end of day on Sunday, Oct. 5th

If interested in reserving a spot, please contact Jody Tepper at jodytepper@gmail.com or (818) 321-6754 by Sept. 28th. Please include the following if emailing:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Race team name/number (if applicable)
  • Number of nights
  • Spectators include number of Adult Admissions, number of kids admissions, and number of pit access passes

***URGENT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION for BAYFAIR September 13th & 14th at Ski Beach/Bay Fair (San Diego, CA).****

THE DEADLINE FOR MOTORHOMES SPOT RESERVATIONS AT BAYFAIR HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20TH!!

If you want a motorhome spot at Bayfair, you have until Wednesday, August 20th, no further extensions will be given.

--RV spots will be available at a special racer rate as follows:

A limited amount of RV spots are available at Ski Beach (where we pit) ($500 – 1st come – 1st served).

RV spots do not include any additional event wristbands or parking passes and are only available through the Bayfair race office.

Please contact the Race Office for all RV reservations (use code RPM 25), you will have to read and sign the RV Rules & Guidelines when submitting your RV request.

Reservations for RV spaces must be made in advance by contacting Robin at (858) 578-0884 or by e-mail at bayfair@daviesec.com. The deadline for reservations is Wednesday, August 20th, 2025.

Update on Lucky Peak Regatta

Unfortunately SCSC won't be able to hold the Lucky Peak event in 2025, there are still way too many unknowns (budget, agency approvals by all three counties, sponsorships needed, etc.) so we've pledged to continue working to hold the event on May 16 & 17, 2026. I wish we had better news but the good news is that having a year to make this happen will insure there are no stones left unturned and we should have a stellar event.
I will do everything in my power to make this event happen in 2026!
